Project Overview

Public involvement in decision making is an important part of the Superfund process and the EPA encourages people whose lives are affected by hazardous waste sites to be involved in the clean-up and reuse decisions. ECO strives to promote active involvement through outreach of environmental issues affecting Arizona communities. Through education and outreach, community members and organizations affected by the Phoenix-Goodyear Airport Superfund site will gain a better understanding of technical issues at the Site and will have the ability to provide feedback and recommendations to EPA that promote a healthy and sustainable environment.
